Important Information on Services During COVID 19.

Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic the Center is trying to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff. Denton County MHMR Center will change our operations starting Wednesday March 25th.

  • We will only have certain days for med box appointments and injections, and staff will contact you to arrange those times.
  • The center will not have routine face-to-face appointments. For scheduled appointments your provider case manager or therapist will contact you and conduct the appointment over the telephone.
  • For medication needs or to consult with a nurse please call our main number and request the nurse line.
  • If you are not a currently receiving services but are interested in receiving services please contact our main number (940) 381-5000 and choose #5 from the menu options.
  • We are answering calls to the best of our ability but know that there could be a delay in getting back to you.
  • If you find yourself in a crisis please contact our crisis line, (1800) 762-0157 or go to an ER.
  • We are mindful of the additional stress these changes will have on you and we are trying to minimize the stress as best we can. However, we believe these steps are necessary steps to take in order to increase the likelihood that the spread of COVID-19 does not occur in our staff and in our clients.
