Full-time employees are eligible for the following:

Enrollment for benefits must be completed within 30 days from date of hire. All employees must complete open enrollment for Center benefits annually. The date of enrollment is determined each year by the Human Resources Department.

*Benefits marked with an asterisk are paid 100% by the Center on behalf of the employee.

Contractors, PRN, and Interns are not entitled to any Center benefits in connection with work performed.

Personal Day

The birthday holiday must be taken within ninety (90) days before or after the scheduled observance of the official birthday (the birthday must occur during your employment at the Center). The birthday holiday may not be utilized after an employee has given notice to leave employment.

All full-time employees will have an 8-hour Personal Day added to their account every September 1st. Employees must be employed with the Center for 6 months before the Personal Day can be utilized. The Personal Day will expire on August 31st of the following year if not used. The Personal day may not be utilized after an employee has given notice to leave employment.
