Transparency in Coverage Requirements

This link leads to the machine readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine-readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.

Denton County MHMR Center has revised its plan for how we will deliver mental health services over the next few years and we want to know what you think. Our revised plan will be open for public comment when it is available.

  • You have a voice – Let your VOICE be heard!

Texas law requires Denton County MHMR Center to identify and create a network of mental health treatment service providers available in our community. This law requires that a person receiving services be given a choice of who provides their treatment from among those available providers. We also know you, your family members and the community as a whole want the best possible services available. We also want to be sure you receive the best possible service available.

Over the past year the Center has been gathering comments, thoughts, and suggestions from members of the community like you through surveys, public forums and other meetings. We have used that information to make revisions to our plan at the request of DSHS and their LANAC committee at the State level.
